Terms and Conditions

1. Your statutory rights are not affected
2. Concept Consulting Management Systems International Ltd ("Concept Consulting") provides consultancy and information services (the "Service") to those persons ("Users") who utilise its Services.
3. By using a Service each User agrees to be bound by all of the Conditions of Use set forth in the following paragraphs.
4. No User may reproduce, or otherwise utilise for commercial purposes, the information provided by Concept Consulting through the Service without the written permission of Concept Consulting. Consequently, without such written permission, no User may resell or commercially exploit the names, addresses or other data obtained by use of the service.
5. Each User acknowledges that Concept Consulting has copyrighted the contents of the Service as a compilation copyright and that reproductions, redistribution or publication of such content is prohibited without the express written consent of Concept Consulting.
6. Concept Consulting reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to any User.
7. By providing information to Concept Consulting, each User hereby grants permission for Concept Consulting to use such information for any purpose unless a restriction on such use is transmitted to Concept Consulting by e-mail prior to such use. Concept Consulting shall not, however sell such information to any person for the purpose of solicitation of any kind. (See the Concept Consulting privacy policy).
8. Each User agrees to discontinue any communication with persons listed in the Concept Consulting directory upon the request of such persons.
9. Concept Consulting undertakes no responsibility to review the contents of any information provided to Users, including but not limited to information accessed through links to other sites and forwarded e-mail, and by using the Service each User agrees that Concept Consulting shall have no liability for such contents.
10. These Conditions of Use may be modified by Concept Consulting at any time by publication through the Service.
11. Each user expressly agrees that use of the service is at the user's sole risk. Neither Concept Consulting nor any of its licensors, employees, or agents warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; nor does Concept Consulting or any of its licensors, employees or agents make any warranty as to the results to be obtained from use of the service. The service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under the laws applicable to this service. Neither Concept Consulting nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the service shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to use the service or out o any breach of any warranty.
