Provides secure tracking of all your text, spreadsheet, graphic or multimedia documents in their original format, so there is no need to re-type data or learn additional software. Document revisions and approval are supported online. Multiple directories allow you to decide who has access to what type of documents. Q-Pulse allows read access to your documents, making it the most cost effective document management tool available.
Non-Conformance:
Corrective & Preventive Actions: Tracks non-conformances, corrective action deadlines, and performs extensive root cause analysis of your data, helping you to prevent reoccurrences. Q-Pulse is also able to track and report on the cost of quality.
Auditing:
Q-Pulse can schedule, track and review internal and external audits. It integrates with existing or audit generated non-conformances and creates and evaluates audit questionnaires.
Customer Database:
Keeps track of your customer base and customer related non-conformances.
Performance and Management Review:
